To estimate when your order will be sent out, please see the "Availability" listing below each item. This is the average time it will take before leaving our warehouse. To estimate when your order will be delivered, please allow for ample time in transit. For ground delivery, this may be up to 7 business days, depending upon where it is being sent. When your order does ship, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Orders between $15.01 - $30.00.....shipping $5.95
Orders between $30.01 - $50.00.....shipping $7.95
Orders between $50.01 - $70.00.....shipping $9.95
Orders between $70.01 - $100.00....shipping $10.95
Orders between $100.01 - $149.99...shipping $12.95
Orders between $150.00 - $199.99...shipping $15.95
Orders above $200.00 ...shipping $19.95 - not including fuf items

Sorry, we are not accepting orders outside the United States at this time. Some products are not available for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. Please email us for availability.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses as we ship via UPS or FedEx. Please provide a street address.

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from MyFF. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided it is in the original packaging and in resalable condition. We will credit your charge account for the cost of the item minus a $10 restocking fee on all bean bag chairs and Foof products as of January 1st, 2004. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, nor do we reimburse for the cost of returning the item. Should you choose to make a return, it is very important that you follow these instructions:

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a specific Ship-to Address. Do not send the return to the MyFF offices. Wait for the RAN and Ship-to Address. To receive the RAN and Ship-to Address, contact returns@myff.com. Please include your name, order number and name of the product you wish to return. To help us improve our service, please let us know your reason for return. An RAN must be obtained before returning any item, otherwise it will not be accepted.

MyFF is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you insure the package and require a signature upon receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
